Promotional Product Services by Jareau Almeyda

When looking to secure a new customer, one of the oldest tricks in the book is to hand them a free gift. Promotional Products, such as:

  • Men & Women Polos T-shirts
  • Coffee Mugs
  • Calendars, among other.

"Everyone is doing this"… sure, but are they doing it efficiently, inexpensively, effectively? While you can go out and purchase a few shirts, the question becomes - Have you analyzed your business model and found the perfect time and place to give a free t-shirt? Or, is your first name unique enough for you to put it on an item like a pen, and hand it to a potential new employer? This is where I come in and help with the project planning.

What are Promotional Products?

Promotional merchandise, promotional items, promotional products, promotional gifts, or advertising gifts are articles of merchandise that are branded with a logo and used in marketing and communication programs. They are given away to promote a company, corporate image, brand, or event. These items are usually imprinted with a company's name, logo or slogan, and given away at trade shows, conferences, and as part of guerrilla marketing campaigns.

Quality over quantity

Targeting your items

Next Steps

Your goal is to leave a lasting impression. As a writer, ensure your promotional pens are top quality. As a dentist, the promotional gum you give away needs to be sugar free. Why order 25,000 cheap pens? Focus on the kind of pens that people will get upset about if they loose them. You want to provide the type of products that are better than what your customer is used to using. This way, when they look for their pen, they look for your pen first. Let's be honest, these items cost money. Giving them away to every one might not be the most effective distribution method. Consider targeting repeat customers, potential customers, and event potential employers. Your goal is to use the promotional item as leverage. Step 1: Give me a call
Steps 2 through 5: Progress, succeed, smile, and repeat.
