High Intensity Interval Training at Home, part 1

So in preparation for the Miami summer – which means everyday is a potential beach day, we have to work out, eat right, sleep right, yada yada. Here’s a flavor of one of my High Intensity Interval Training at Home¬†workouts. It’s about 42 minutes. You will sweat. A heart rate monitor is advisable, and keeping track of how many reps you did for each exercise is a nice way of pushing yourself to get better.
